1 shot (30 mls) Kis Samphire Vodka
1 shot (30mls) Kis Vintage Gin
1 tsp of Good dry vermouth
2 tbsp olive juice
2 olives and fresh Samphire sprigs

Rinse the glass with the Vermouth then place in freezer for 3 – 5 minutes.
Fill a mixer with all ingredients including garnish. Cover and shake hard 3 – 4 times.
Remove cocktail glass from freezer. Strain contents of the mixer into the cocktail glass, garnish with one of the olives and Samphire sprigs, and serve with a mysterious smile.

If you like it hot try mixing a tsp each of Sweet paprika/Cayenne/Salt Rub the rim of the glass with lemon in dip in the seasoning.

2 shots kis lime liqueur
30ml fresh lime juice
15ml coriander syrup
1/2 kaffir lime leaf

15ml Cranberry juice
Juice of 1/2 lime
Garnish with orange peel or strawberries
